He was born in 1950 in Forró. He completed his education in Encs, Miskolc, and Budapest. In 1976, he was admitted to the Faculty of Industrial Design at the Hungarian University of Applied Arts. He graduated in 1981. Since then, he has been a member of the Hungarian Artists' Fund, and later became a member of the Association of Fine and Applied Arts. He has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions both in Hungary and abroad. His works can be found in private collections not only in Hungary but also in Germany, France, Japan, Canada, and Iraq.
