Return of a painting and exchange
How can I return the image and what are the conditions?
If you would like to return the painting, please contact us by e-mail at info@neveskortarsgaleria.hu or use the contact form on our website. Our colleagues will respond within 48 hours at the latest and inform you about the return process. It is important that the returned image is in an undamaged condition and that the return is made within 30 days of receipt. The cost of the return is borne by the buyer.

What should I do if I want to replace the painting?
If you want to exchange the painting, contact us by e-mail at info@neveskortarsgaleria.hu or use the contact form on our website. The customer service staff will contact you within 48 hours and inform you about the exchange process. The cost of the exchange is also borne by the customer.

Can I get my money back if I don't like the painting?
If you do not like the painting, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. The returned item must be intact. After receipt, we will refund the amount paid, however, we are unable to refund the delivery fee based on the applicable legislation.

Do I have to pay a shipping fee if I want to exchange the image within 30 days?
Yes, in the case of an exchange, the shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
